Great Leaders Are

God's Greetings pattern realm
     Today I will give you the 6 Keys of what makes a great leader.
1.  Great leaders are admirable authentic mentors.  Let me ask you a question.  Are you willing to be a mentor to someone who wants to go where you are? And are you willing to  seek mentors who are leaders who will take you where you want to go?  It seems a rather rational question doesn't it?
2.  Building teams:. A great leader must be excellent at team building and at that many times because of the degenerate culture great leaders must think outside the box.  We have to be countercultural from this degenerate culture in order to turn this country and this role back to a values centered world building proactive teams.
3.  Communicators:. I can't stress this enough, in order to be an effective leader you also must be a great communicator.  Great communicators in politics have been John f Kennedy Ronald Reagan George w bush Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.  Great communicators in business have been Robert kiyosaki Presley Swaggerty and John c Maxwell.
   Nn I highly recommend you join a toastmasters club to develop good communication and leadership skills.  For those of you in the Permian basin in Texas we meet every Wednesday at noon Central at the Frost Bank building on the corner of 8th and Texas in downtown Odessa.
4.  Develop yourself.  You can't be an effective leader unless you go about the business of developing yourself.  Personal development is key but only set by the values and patterns set forth by the word of God
5.  Edification.  In his book how to win Friends and influence people Dale Carnegie says that in order to win an influence people you have to give them what they want.  There are many desires out there food sex money, but the biggest one is appreciation.  Edify your teams in your business and you will go far.  What good is a leader if he cannot edify uplift and she'll appreciation to his team.  Someone who proclaims I am a leader but yet sits in his corner office and only comes out every once in awhile to block orders out of team is not a good leader!
6 People of faith;. Now I know I'm probably going to make some people very mad by saying this but I really believe that the best leaders are people of faith regardless of what their religious affiliation is.  I am a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints and my faith influences any leadership role that I take on.

Overcoming phone Logged

Hello Pattern Realm      It has been a while since I posted to you guys. In my apologies, sometimes I'm neglect the things that should matter most as I try to develop both my network marketing. And my empowerment business, but there's one common struggle. We all face sometimes when trying to generate sales.
