Ethical Business and Revelatory Stewardship

Image
Heaven s Greetings Pattrn Realm, I want to give you a hypothetical situation. Let's say you run a consulting business with 40 employees. Now let's say that the bulk of your problem is your CRM team. What should you do? I can give you 3 choices of what to do, but the conclusion on how to answer that question is between you and God. 1. Find Hire and Replace Supervisors, they can retrain fire and rehire employees in that struggling area. 2. Outsource: You could just do away with that department and outsource it to another company, but would it be cost effective? It's tempting, but problematic. 3. You could partner with other companies to work your CRM: This is practical if it doesn't compromise your integrity or bottom line. Now let me give you a tool in your Diamond Pattern Toolbox to help you, revelatory stewardship. God wants you to first study the answer out and get all the angles together and then bring it to God and find out your steward...

Resilience in the Marketplace Through Confidence

Image
Heaven's Greetings Kingdom Builders at Pattern Realm This morning, I wish to talk about resiliance in the marketplace rings confidence . Covid was one of the biggest disrupter in the economy. But the Degenerate Culture called it The Great Resignation. I call it The Great Assignment. Because 2020 signaled the death of the Industrial Age. But it seems thanks to the Degenerate Culture the majority of people haven't got the message! Resilliance isn't just something you just HANG onto. It's something that helps you bounce back. For 17 years I was on psych meds just barely holding onto life. But mi Princessa bride showed me a better way to be. Resilliance in the marketplace is key, when a majority of people cower in fear and scream "Stay in your lane." When society wants to keep you down, go from struggling to thriving, and as a Kingdom Entrepreneur, you can do it. In Christ, Jimmy Hendrick EYP

The Best Revenge is Massive Success

Well Greetings Pattern Realm Les Brown's speech said it best, but I want to give my own perspective here. Two months ago I began my final leg as a Club Officer in Toastmasters. At first I let my ego take over, but now I feel a powerful relief. Not being an officer frees me to work behind the scenes for my club and to become a Kingdome Entrepreneur with a professional speaking business. Public speaking particularly on the motivational areas of personal and professional development in areas of entrepreneurship and leadership are my passion, and now no longer an officer, my expectation bar for me has been elevant. Being born blind with multiple birth defects I was told that I could never have the hope of a normal education. I was told I would not survive, but I did. I was disregarded, tossed up. But I got my bachelor's degree, respected church members with a beautiful wife. Sincerely, Jimmy Hendrick EYP

Speaking Sight ImPaired How Toastmasters Blessed My Life

Image
And God Bless YouPattern Realm I meant to post this Saturday, but I had so much going on with church and marriage. I have been a member of Odessa Toastmasters since January 2019, 6 and a half years of blessing, and though born legally blind with multiple birth defects, I have been blessed by Toastmasters. 1. Toastmasters helped me become a self published author. I've given many speeches won an Evaluation contest and two Area International Contests. For that I am blessed! And though I am no longer an officer, I served as an Officer for 4 years: Club President and Area Director, Vice President for Public Relation, VP of Membership and VP of Education. But now that I am not an officer I am free as the club's part time Public Affairs Consultant and editor to pursue professional speaking and consulting as a calling from God. I am so richly blessed. God Bless You Jimmy EYP

A Question of Culture

Image
And God Bless You Pattern Realm This blog post is multi-faceted, because it has helped me face realities in life after 7 months of marriage. Yesterday I had a beutiful Toastmasters Club experience. I came half-hearted, grief stricken over the loss of my mother. But I came with a deflated ego because I was no longer an officer. But 16 minutes before the meeting ended the newly Installed Club President banged the gavel and took control of the meeting like it was a command post. I fell in love with that! He showed me that I may no longer be an officer, but I was still part of the team. Plus he helped me seeecause I am n longer an officer it frees me to speak more outside of Toastmasters, even go professional! So the door is wifde open. For a few hours my wife Blanca and I floated on a cloud. We had a pizza party to celebrate Mama's mystery. But within a few hours it all went downhill. Myy wife got angry, shut down and wouldn't even t...

The Comforter Who Gets You Seeb

God bless you Pattern Realm Sometimes life can be so beautiful, but sometimes help and comfort from this world can feel so far away, but there is one who is so close he can touch you where your heart breaks. Morning comes in when you did weeping through a dark night of the soul, but sometimes last a few weeks, even on that to seven months or longer. Life may be hard, but even though weeping may do a friend night, which can last a few days a few weeks a few months or even a few years, but we in Christ have one thing a comforter, who gets us seen 1. Let’s start with one premise the Holy Ghost gets you. The world to the degenerate culture likes to hide out in social media, Silos and then through drama when you at least expected, but the Holy Ghost steps in where no one else will and gets you where you are no matter what emotion he is simply always there Sometimes we have to be sconces, that is disappeared from the eyes of the world. I know that can sound so hard, but let’s be r...

Mama, The Melody of The Pattern

In Memorium My mother Betty Jo Seibold died July 5, 2025. She was born in Odessa Texas on May 31, 1953. She and my Daddy (her second husband) who I will call my Godfather because I do not like the word stepfather. They raised us on the Bible and bands like Led Zepplin. It was Mama and Granddad who gave me an interest in politics and history, two great loves that have followed me despite the polarization politics has sunken into. When I was 12 and a half years old and fresh out of Bible School, Mama brought me into the living room, she opened the door to the coffee table and fished out an old large print family Bible she received when she married my biological father. I picked it up and just couldn't put it down. I even read The Book of Ruth in one sitting. While most kids my age back in 1982 were out playing, watching movies and playing video games I spent that summer head deep in the Bible. God Bless Mama! Rest in Peace. When I was 18 and old en...
