The Winning Personality and Leadership

Today's topic is twofold. First What is this Winning Personality?? Well put simply unjoin the Introvert extrovert club. Seriously, it's an ambivert, a new term brought forth by God inspired by the human mind. An ambivert is somewhere between introvert and extrovert. In business, you're bargaining if you're in trouble. If you're an introvert you freeze. So, by the grace of God in Jesus Christ, ambiverts like John F Kennedy and myself learn to win.
Now to the ubject of leadership. In the Industrial Age, management became the norm. But now with a combined information, creation, outcome age, management is so obsolete. With leadership we have a kindler gentler model of business. Managers goad like a cog in the system. Leaders communicate, delegate edify inspire, and read voraciously. It's just the lay of the lad in the 21st century. Dr. John C Maxwell is fond of saying "Everything rises and falls on Leadership. ." I believe that is the case. Entrepreneurship and leadership is not synonnymous, but in all fairness leadership is the root of entrepreneurship in this new economy. In Christ, Jimmy EYP

Mass Media for Entrepreneurs

Hello Pattern Realm       This topic has been pretty strong on my mind all morning and so this afternoon I figured I would sit down and talk about the various mass media which entrepreneurs can use.       It's customary for most people to think all of the things that the only media outlet is for entrepreneurs to be in social media.
