Humble Business Leadership



Love and Blessings Pattern Realm, I want to let you know that as a Christian Success Consultant with a Latter-Day Saint prospective, I have chosen to take the prize by talking about humble business leadership. In February 2015, I was lacking inspiration when I stumbled across the March 2015 issue of Entrepreneur Magazine and their feature article "The Winning Personality." Suddenly the idea of blog posts that would be turned into a book began. When I started writing it I prayed, "Heavenly Father, if it be Thy will, please make me wealthyy, but at the same time keep me humble. O Lord, please keep me humble. There is nothing worse than an entrepreeur who is inaccessible as a leader, lie he could care less unless he gets the zeros on his checks and he and his family are living comfortable. Becoming a Christian Success Consultant Consultant after 3 major humbling hammer taps in my life, keeps me humble. Thank you Jesus. Now let me give you two examples of demonstrated umble leadership and someone who is aarogant. First, Georgina Nye has an Ivy League education. Very rarely does she come out to meet with her team, you have to sign up on a massive appointment book to see her. She has bodyguards, a legal council and a private jet. And when an underling does see her, she is condescending as all get out. This leads to her downfall. Now let's take Jethro, humble Texas college education, sees his teams once a week. Deliberates with them, accessible. Yeah sure he may have all the trappings, but God keeps him humble, and he has a heart for the business and his team and especially The Kingdom of God. He lives the commandments of God, loves his wife and family and is a blessing. Which one represents humble business leadership? You decide \Have a Blessed Day Jimmy Hendrick EYP

Hi Pattern Realm, Jimmy is on autopilot, so you're stuck with me on this post.      Dreamers nowadays often feel more isolated because of the cry of The Herd.  "Everybody's doing it" has been a catch phrase for 6 decades and it seems to be getting worse.       Herdthink or is President Donald Trump is finally putting it groupthink is a concept with people full of dream steamers.  Don't let the herd come out and steal your dream have confidence to blaze your own path.       The herd seems to have its own thinking of what's right and wrong with a world ever turning gray.  But it doesn't matter to ole JR.  Wrong is wrong and right is right.  In Christ  JR EYP

Mass Media for Entrepreneurs

Hello Pattern Realm       This topic has been pretty strong on my mind all morning and so this afternoon I figured I would sit down and talk about the various mass media which entrepreneurs can use.       It's customary for most people to think all of the things that the only media outlet is for entrepreneurs to be in social media. That's all and good but here's the is the reasonable question.   What mass media can be best suited for On Cameron's based on preferenc?       I mean social media is OK but in other words it leaves a lot to be desired.   It takes a lot for entrepreneurs just starting out to write out attention getting posts for people.   Not to mention something that I have been saying for the past 4 years is that social media is too much a part of our distractive defiant culture.   There are other areas of mass media which we can study. 1.     Radio and television..  ...
