Be Fit in Your Body

I'm nowhere near being fit, the way I would like to be. But I'm willing to take my own advice and embrace physical in my morning routine.
Most mornings when I can, I like to be up at 4 and start exercising around 5 or 6. On warm days I hit my stationary bike with my Toby Mac music on my phone. On cold days, Iprefer to turn my living room into a dance studio to exercie. I'm a firm believer in cardio!
But being fit in your body is more than just exercising to improve your rack, it's also to eat sensibly healthy. Taking suppliments for your health needs are much advised. Fruits and vegetables, a healthy dose of carbs and the like. Some people prefer the keto diet, but I firmly believe that this diet is dangerous. A modified Mediteranea diet will suffice.
