Becoming an Influencer

I bless you friends of Pattern Realm,
     Do you want to become an influencer for the people around you whether it's in your business or in your community or your church or someone in your personal life?  Hello a free free tips and tools on how you can become an influencer they can help people stretch themselves towards positive change.

1.  Authentic empathy: the authoritarian style of leadership is no longer effective in this economy, so to be a great influencer you must be authentic with the people in your organization and show empathy with them, that is a key to success as an influencer.
2.  Believe in yourself the words of God is clear in Philippines 4:13 that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Who are we not to believe in ourselves.

3.  Communication, I cannot stress anymore the power of this one. If you need to know communication skills but do not want to have to pay to go to a college course I highly recommend that you readily attend a local snatchers Club. In Texas I attend the Odessa Toastmasters Club and we meet everyone's day at noon Central at the Frost Bank building on the corner of 8th and Texas. I would love to see you there.
     Now that you've seen these three tips I hope all goes well, you can now go divide and conquer in Christ

Mass Media for Entrepreneurs

Hello Pattern Realm       This topic has been pretty strong on my mind all morning and so this afternoon I figured I would sit down and talk about the various mass media which entrepreneurs can use.       It's customary for most people to think all of the things that the only media outlet is for entrepreneurs to be in social media.
