The Culture of Empower Your Pattern

God Bless You Pattern Realm, I want to give you the 5 principles that are a part of the Lord's Pattern Realm! 1. Faith: People may say "Jimmy, this is supposed to be a business blog. Yes, but my faith is a part of everything I do. Faith is the main supporting stool in the chair of faith science and reason. Now I'm not a scientist by any mean, but I use faith and reason to help influence people. Faith in God and Jesus Christ is central to my life, just like a mentor of mine by the name of Presley Swaggerty. I respect him because like me, he encorporates his faith into his business trainings. Although I grew up in a Southern Baptist West Texas family, I happen to be a proud Latter0day Saint. But we can't lose faith. I have an uncle who is the same age as I am, and he always taught me that faith is a part of determination. I believe in teaching entrepreneurs a mindset that is faith based with emphasis on family. Although I am single, I am happy to be a part of the Family of God. 2. There are patterns of success given to us by God. The choice is yours is to pick yours. And if something goes wrong, don't give up. Just repattern. It can be a difficult process, but it is well worth it. I'm a mystic by nature, and even though I am visually impaired since I was a small child, I was always intrigued by patterns. But you have to find the best success pattern for you. Let me illustrate the point, it begins with a pattern routine for you. I'l cover that in the last point for sure. A pattern routine makes all the difference in the world. 3. Choices: Choices help you get perspective. Our current Degenerate culture is the enemy of choice. All you have to do is look at the news media, the cult of celebrity, and the slew of crappy propaganda ads! Not to mention social media feeds on that in the Degenerate culture Our job on Earth is to choose wisely in our business. One of the most proactive choices you can make is to get a set of mentors. Each person hs a choice, to be happy or to be miserable. How you get to happiness or misery is up to you. CAUTION: Avoid misery being rammed upon us by the Degenerate Culture. 4. Discipline and determination. There's power in discipline and determination. I have a few stories to illustrate this When I was 4 years old, an eye doctor said, "He is mentally challenged with o hope of him having a normal education in the public schools. Put him in the school for the blind." Well with a little help 17 years later on June 1, 1991 I graduated from Permian High School. Not everybody finishes high school. I want you to watch Presley Swaggerty's video Putting the PJ's on to hear the story about him and his cousin. Discipleine and determination can see you through. From October 1990 to July 1991 local and state experts had this statement. "James is socially emotionally, and mentally immature and is therefore unfit for college." I had to fight for my rights. Finally when I threatened to involve an advocacy group for the blind a counselor at Criss Cole Rehab Center said the State of Texas was letting me go to college. 3 years later I was back in that same facility, applying to get into Texas Tech University. I was trying to work out the housing situation, and it took faith and determination to not listen to friends and experts. Because of that I pulled it off. In May 1998 I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Political Science, minoring in Mass Communications. To the naysayers I say "IN YOUR FACE. You need to have discipline and determination in a way so that you impact people, that they may remember you. 
 5. Create patterns:
     It all starts with habits and routines I admire the morning routine of a mentor of Mine by the name of Presley swaggerty he gets up in the morning and drinks his coffee, I do not drink coffee. Then he reads his Bible and a success audiobook.
.    In the evening he listens to things to help boss through his attitude for his business and I try to emulate the same way I listen to people like Dr Stephen Covey Les Brown and theologians like Dr Charles Stanley Joel Olsteen Jeffrey R Holland David A Bednar and Russell M Nelson.  The latter three are theologians from my own faith.

The Cry of The Herd

Hi Pattern Realm, Jimmy is on autopilot, so you're stuck with me on this post.      Dreamers nowadays often feel more isolated because of the cry of The Herd.  "Everybody's doing it" has been a catch phrase for 6 decades and it seems to be getting worse.       Herdthink or is President Donald Trump is finally putting it groupthink is a concept with people full of dream steamers.  Don't let the herd come out and steal your dream have confidence to blaze your own path.       The herd seems to have its own thinking of what's right and wrong with a world ever turning gray.  But it doesn't matter to ole JR.  Wrong is wrong and right is right.  In Christ  JR EYP

Mass Media for Entrepreneurs

Hello Pattern Realm       This topic has been pretty strong on my mind all morning and so this afternoon I figured I would sit down and talk about the various mass media which entrepreneurs can use.       It's customary for most people to think all of the things that the only media outlet is for entrepreneurs to be in social media.
