Emotional Intelligence and Resill8amce

God bless you Pattern Realm!
The topic for today is EQ emotional intelligence and authenticity.
I suffer from bipolar disorder and often in my darkest moments I have to remind myself to practice my own content.
One idea of content that I have discovered through training at the landmark forum is the form of already always listening.  This is where our upbringing and values can either go together to help you mentally and emotionally or it can go against you damaging your mental health and your emotional intelligence.  In short it's okay to admit that you're not okay just don't stay there.
Another concept I learned in that same training was the term of is reality which in reality there is no is reality but we put in with the meanings of the words we say through our language.  A depressive thing of words that's just the way it is is very defeated and will not help you look at making the impossible possible in your life.
This doves Tails into another Concept in that same training I had which is the concept of story, the story We Tell ourselves that is often depressing and defeated, therefore we need to work harder to put ourselves in a positive stamp to change our physical and emotional intelligence so but we can become resilient in many ways.. but how can we be emotionally intelligent and resilient I will give you three ideas.
1.  Prayer.  Praying to our Heavenly Father makes all the difference, how do I know this? I know many times when I felt depressed and could not take it anymore I have cried out to God and He has always provided a way to gently and sometimes over time lift my burden but sometimes we have to lay our burdens down in order for Him to take them
 2.  Change your physical and emotional state in a stamps. Stand up straight with your shoulders back and then let out your inner Cry of confidence. Take me for an example my inner cry is yeehaw!

3.  Cheap Gardens from Friends and from those in your faith who have a 40 over you to help you with your emotional ideas if necessary seek help from a counselor or therapist that preferably shares your values.
