The Champion Mindset

Hello Friends of Pattern Realm,
As your success confidence and thrive coach, I wish to give you 5 tips for leaders that everyone needs to follow having the correct mindset, so here we go.

1.  Leaders Communicate:  Hell I think there should be a college course even a college major in Leadership Communication, but then again we can learn a lot ore outside of the college classroom.  But good leaders and entrepreneurs (leaderpreneurs) must have strong written and verbal communication skills.  I have to stress this being someone who studied political science and Mass Communication, therefore I think based on my knowledge that leaderpreneurs in leadership.  It's a key principle in leadership.

2.  Leaders delegate:  When I was in college I was elected President of a disablility service organization on campus, but my friend Brad who was in the organization was far from supportive.  He was a leader there, but he could not teach a leader the proper skills they needed.  Needless to say, I bear the sole responsibilities for my mistakes that year in failing to delegate as a leader.

3.  Leaders Edify:  John C Maxwell says that leaders are to add value to people, I think adding value involves edification, show appreciation and respect to those of your tribe or team.  Its simple.  I get my wisdom from the works of John C Maxwell and Dale Carnegie's How To Win Friends And Influence People.  Give people you influence what they want most, which is APPRECIATION.

4.  Leaders are Readers:  My advice is to get into good books to teach you leadership and other books to develop yourself.  In my first freshma year in college I used to scoff when I heard advocates for the blind say that leaders are readers, but by the next year in college I discovered how really true that is.  If you want to be a leaderpreneur, be a thoughtful reader!
5.  Readers Inspire:  We came on thie Earth sent by God to bless as many lives as we can while we live.  Some might scoff at being inspirational, but I've had people come up to me and say how I inspire people.  I do try.

That is your championship mindset for pattern realm.

Sincerely,

James Hendrick
