Delegate To Empower

Hello Citizens of Pattern Realm
     Saturday June 5th I attended a leadership conference with Toastmasters district 23. Unfortunately there was one breakout session that I couldn't access because no email was sent and there was no way for me to click on it. The breakout session was called Delegate To Empower.
      Weather in management or leadership delegation is key. How should this work out? Should encourage other leaders to delegate properly encouraging them to grow as leader, yet before my church until Masters I have not seen very many organizations in my past they have done as good a job proper leadership training or delegation.
     I'm an aspiring professional motivational speaker who wants to run a company to empower people and educate people, one of the rules I have along with drama is out in is the fact that leaders delegates. You can't have one without the other!
    Try to separate good delegating leaders from avoiding reactivity you will get quickly disillusion.  However if you delegate or are taught properly to delegate responsibilities to empower your team and do it proactively and without drama there is the solution!
