Four Core patterns of Empowerment
Hello all
I realize it has been a long while since I have blocked about something besides Toastmasters. But this is something that I have learned that I want to share with you. Four core principles from Delatoro McNeal Ii. I will go through what I have determined are the core patterns to empowerment.
1. Mindset:. It is important that you have the winning mindset. In my podcast Empower Your Pattern which is available on most podcast platforms except Apple podcast I discuss what is the winning mindset beginning a mini series. In my view of winning mindset is a combined goals and growth mindset. I want you to really sit there and think about it.
2. Heartset;. This is where you need to govern your emotions. Now I understand for such people like myself this is hard. But it can be done through discipline and determination. I mentioned my book The Winning Personally a Values-Based Approach to Entrepreneurship in This Economy where I discuss the principles of discipline and determination, character, faith, and overcoming adversity. I really believe that you need to learn to master those values in order to have the right heart set.
3. Skill set. Let me tell you something. This is imperative if you want to be successful at whatever you do at whatever industry that you choose to be involved in. You need to learn what needs to be learned and sit at the feet of the Masters in your industry. Find mentors virtual and touchable that can help you. Now some people say that you must pay for a mentor. I agree with Dana lemon if you're paying for it it's a coach such as myself a success confidence and thrive coach. I'm interested job is unpaid in order to help them become successful.
Will set:. This involves determination. Today I did another podcast episode in my miniseries on Empower Your Pattern entitled Purple Skies Red Lights Rising Above Adversy where I talk about the wheel set that I had to have to overcome two adversaries in order to become the published author that I am today and to further my journey to success.
I hope you find this helpful. If you're reading this please share this with people that you feel like this could help
