Adversity To Go

Just recently we have been going through some major power outages in the state of Texas.  At first my response was reactive.  I would say stuff like "it's a major conspiracy! The government should be doing better than this!".
But once I left my home to stay with friends I learned to be a lot less reactive and more preactive and proactive now that I'm somewhere warm and happy.  When it comes to adversity life hits you out of nowhere.  We all have our pains and adversity.  But the fact of the matter is this, it's better to be preactive and proactive than to be reactive in times of adversity.
Now I know some of you right now will be saying"oh great Jimmy easier said than done.". Believe me I fully understand! The power outages among many things was making me reactive but as a man that desires to be a professional speaker I have to know this I have to know my own content and practice my own content.  .  And that means in order to empower your pattern you have to do what you can to stay calm.  When it comes to empowering your pattern it all boils down to your choices actions and how you pursue happiness.  It is better to act than it is to react.

Have a blessed day
