The Ten Rules of Empower Your Pattern

Hello Empower Your Pattern 2.0 Community!
     I am excited to bring about some changes but with the same old rules and the same old principles. Just a new bit of current way of doing things. My podcast is now strictly on YouTube. Where there is no fees no storage limits. The sky is the limit period but here are the 10 rules that you need to know right here and right now. For leadership and Entrepreneurship let's kick it up a notch!

1.  Love and believe in yourself.  The greats like Dr Norman Vincent Peale and Dr David j Schwartz stressed the importance of believing in yourself. If you add the commandment that God gives us we love our neighbors as we love ourselves. But we must love ourselves, or learn to love ourselves. I mean how hard is that.

2.  Know Your Audience.  I can't stress this enough in leadership and entrepreneurship. If you want to succeed this is a must. I learned it in college, I learned it in network marketing conventions. You have to know and connect with your audience in business and in life if you want to succeed.

3.  Success leaves clues. They are not that hard to find period whatever industry that you are involved in that is your passion, find someone that is very successful in doing it and pattern yourself after that person, their values, they're teaching, etc period at the same time though be authenticl. be you!
4.  Drama is out.  Peace is in. if you want to be successful and significant you don't need drama! When I've had a deal with drama in my personal life and going to see my mental health physician he's giving me a game plan to avoid the drama in my life, or at least curtail it.

5.  Create your pattern.  You create your pattern by the habits that you have everyday. Your choices, your actions. How you pursue happiness determines how your pattern is made. And yes patterns have highs and lows, and that's the beauty of it.
6.  Fix your mouth stupid!  Now please don't misunderstand me. I am not being derogatory. I'm only giving you a diamond nugget of wisdom from entrepreneur the late Bill Britt. What we say reflects on who we become, so be careful.
7.  Real success involves influence. I mean think about it. Set a goal to have persuasive influence with the people around you and the community and world around you. If you want to empower your pattern you need to have influence.
8.  Be inspired. Listen to a motivational or business talk everyday. Get pumped up on your passion. It may not make that much sense but this is key to empower your pattern

9.  Correct your pattern. Often we make mistakes that my interest in our success in our relationships with people. This is a time to make some changes in your life and see where you have strayed. Reform your ways. Better habits sometimes when the pattern goes down and you know you are a major part of it going down in the wrong way, correct it.p
10.  Enjoy good clean living.  At the running of this blog post I am sure that many guys like me are going to the bars to hang out get drunk and maybe hook up. I prefer a style of clean living. Watching and listening to uplifting stuff as much as possible. Now don't get me wrong as the head of this new empowerment arm I have my moments. But good clean living , good solid clean living carries the day to empower your pattern

Toastmasters A Tale of Two People

This is a hypothetical case study in favor of Toastmasters.      This is Brad.  He's a part-time economics teacher for his local school district.  In 2020 the pandemic hit leading him to be temporarily laid off from his job.  he had an opportunity to better himself when a friend invited him to Toastmasters.  However Brad said "this is for those brainiac people who love public speaking.  No thanks.".
